Happy December to All!

These pictures are kinda hard to see, but if you look close you can see MaCady singing in the angelic choir for our ward Christmas party the other night. She is the one in pink pants. She was soo cute and excited for only one thing, SANTA! I told her about it before we got there and she couldn't hardly sit still long enough to eat her dinner and sing their little songs.




And yup you guessed it, she was so nervous to sit on Santa's lap when he finally got there that she didn't say one word to him. She just smiled up at him and quietly took her candy and got down to give another kid their turn.


Brin on the other hand took one look at Santa and started to cry. Good thing mom was quick with the camera and got her before the tears started to roll. It still was way cute for her first experience with the big guy in red.


Somehow I was picked again to bring treats for MaCady's class so i got online and found this really cute little Chris Kringle Cookie. They were way easy to make and MaCady just loved them. I hope all the little kids in her class like them as well. Being a mom is so fun, especially when you get to do all these cute little interactive projects with your kids and they love you all the more for it.

Updates on the Braggs

I cannot believe that MaCady will be five in a few months. She is still just my little baby girl who is trying to grow up way to fast. She is in love with life. She loves to play with her baby sister, sing songs, go to school and dance and just help mom around the house. I really think she was born to the wrong mom, I think she was supposed to be Sarah's little girl because they both enjoy cleaning and i have hated cleaning my whole life. Not that i don't do it, because i do clean my house and i have a job cleaning at the Soda Creek Lodge. It is just that MaCady enjoys doing it. Weird huh! She is coloring out on the couch right now so i went and took a picture before she could see me, cause if she sees me then she will strike some outrageous pose for the camera.



Brinlee is a really good baby. She loves to follow MaCady around the house and run around in her walker in the kitchen. She knows how to pull herself up on all the furniture and she can make a circle around the living room going from couch to couch and then to the entertainment center. She has 5 teeth and oh she knows how to use them. I don't know how much longer i can nurse this baby, she bit me the first time i nursed her in the hospital. I am trying to make the one year mark which is really close, but i swear somedays i am going to loose my mind, or something else! She is becoming a daddy's girl now that doug is spending more time with her while i go to work in the afternoons. He loves it. He always told me that this one was going to be a daddy's girl. We just love being parents to our little girls.



Well, it happened, Doug got laid off from work. We were kind of expecting it to happen, but we were told it would only be until the beginning of the new year. When he got told he was being laid off they told him they would give him a call back in APRIL!!! Yikes. That's like 6 months of no pay checks, plus Christmas, two little girl birthdays, and our anniversary. So, i have been working at Sanders and at the Soda Creek Lodge trying to help out a little. We have been very blessed with many different little miracles that seem to pop up when we need them the most. We were able to refinance Doug's car, we found out we had insurance on our house that will pay our house payments for us for 6 months, and we have awesome families that are behind us all the way with lots of love and support. We are definitely going to make it and be just fine. Hope everyone else is doing fine.

Hannah Montana the Third

Most of you who know me, know that my little girl MaCady loves to sing, dance, and just talk. She loves Hannah Montana and when you ask her if she is going to grow up to be like her, she will tell you that she is going to be better. It is funny to just sit and listen to the songs she makes up to her everyday life situations. It is even funnier that the songs actually rhyme like a real song would. She is a goofball. Well the other day while me and doug where playing guitar hero on the wii, Brinlee was getting way into it, so we gave her MaCady's little Hannah Montana guitar to play with. It was hillarious. She plucked the strings and started dancing, she was in heaven. I was glad i remembered to hurry and grab my camera to snap a few pictures before she got bored with it.

Halloween Crisis

Hey everyone, i need some help with a cute Halloween dessert idea. I have to take treats to MaCady's preschool class on the 29th for her Halloween party and don't have a clue what to do. I want to take something really cute and fun for the kids. Leave me some great comments on some cute fun things you have seen or done yourself. Thanks for your help.

My Girls

The other day MaCady was playing with her barbies on the floor, so I set Brin down to play with her. They were so cute just playing together and all i could think about was the future and how i hope they will one day be the best of friends. Take a look at these way cute pictures. Brin mostly wanted to suck on their hair with her fingers in her mouth. Oh well, it was still cute.

Homecoming Parade

My little sister Jackie was in the Homecoming royalty so we took the girls to see the parade. It was cute. Jackie looked beautiful all done up!

MaCady's first day of School

I can not believe that my little girl is old enough to start going to preschool. I vividly remember the day that she was born. It feels like just yesterday... NOT i'm not going to start into all of that junk. I am so proud of her and how she has grown and the beautiful little girl she is. She has such a sweet spirit and loves everyone. She loves making new friends and will play with anyone who will just talk to her. She had a blast at her first day of school and can't wait till monday when she goes back.

My AHHHH Moment

My husband got some new computer stuff from one of his friends so he decided to update our computer. I was okay with all of this as long as he made sure to save my pictures and all the scrapbook pages I had made so far, there were like 30 of them. He made the discs and wiped the hard drive clean. After he went and reinstalled everything, i asked where the pages were that he had saved. He looked around and they weren't there any where. I wanted to cry, scream, punch him, and pass out all at the same time. All the pages i had left were the ones i had posted on my blog. That was like only 5 of them. So, i had to completely start all over. It really sucks, but i am a little better at it now and the pages are coming out looking pretty cute. Here is a slide show of a few of my new pages. TTYL

Update on Brin

The tests came back on brin inconclusive. After her fevers finally broke, she broke out in a rash from head to toe. It turned out that she had roseolla. She is all better now and just as spoiled as ever. Thanks for your support.

My Poor Sick Baby

This is a way sad picture of my sick baby. She has had some high fevers lately and just doesn't feel that well. I went to work on Saturday and left her home with her daddy and when i came home this is what i found. She was sitting in her bouncer chair with a cool rag on her head to help break the fever and just hating life. I took her to the doctor today and it was sooo sad. They did a few tests on her. They did a urinalysis ( to do this they had to cath her) and then they took blood for a blood test. They couldn't get the needle into her vein because it was too big and then they poked a whole in her heel and squeezed her foot until they got enough blood the fill the two vials. It was way hard as a mom to sit there and watch someone make your baby cry on purpose. I felt helpless. Anyway we get the results back tomorrow. Pray for my boo!

Brin and Paydon in the Bath

This is a really cute video of Brin and Paydon in the bath playing. We had such a blast putting the two babies together lots just to compare what they were doing that was the same. They are only two weeks apart, but Paydon is doing lots more stuff than Brin. They addored eachother to death. Paydon always acted like he just wanted to hold Brin. There are a couple of pictures of them together.

Family Vacation to Boise

We went to Boise for a vacation to stay with my brother and sister-in-law. It was a blast we went to Roaring Springs water park and to the Boise Zoo. Doug and Con went golfing at a ritzy place that had a dress code and made you gold with at least four people. They had an awesome time. We went shopping and just hung out with the fam. My Aunt Camille watched Brin for us while we were at the water park so she wouldn't get board and be out in the sun all day. I took tuns of pictures of the zoo and a few at the water park. This is only a few of them.

To All My Readers

Hey everyone, we are going on a vacation up to Boise this weekend. Con and Mandie are taking us to the water park up there and we are all gonna hang out and just have a blast. Updates on Brinlee

Brinlee is going to be six months old on July 14th. I can't believe how fast everything is going. It makes me sad. I just want her to be my little baby forever. She is such a good baby. She rolled over for the first time by herself on June 7th. She was so proud of herself. She is now experimenting with tasting different things. She likes BBQ chip flavoring, cantelope, carrots, watermelon, baby mush, apple juice, and pretty much anything that mom or dad will let her get into her mouth. Her new favorite thing to do is to jump around in her jumper. It is pretty cute. She can't really jump very well yet, so she pivots one foot and spins around and then reverses and pivots the other foot and spins the other way. It makes me dizzy to watch her, but it makes her laugh a lot. We love her very much and are very blessed to have such a wonderful little girl to call our own. Here are some pictures of her eating her mush for the first time and playing in her jumper.

Crashed Cady

The other day MaCady had a little pool party with her friends Makya and Kylee Lau who live next door to Grandma Fay. She played hard all day and when i finally got her home and out of the sun she was pooped. She went to her room to watch some cartoons and just relax and when i checked on her not five minutes later, this is what i found.

Cammi Our New Kitten

My husband is a big cat person so i finally broke down and let him get a cat. We got her from one of Jackie's friends. She was a barn kitten so we are hoping she will be a good mouser. Her are some pictures of her running around our house.

She Loves Doug and is always following him around. She loves to go and curl up on him and sleep. He didn't even know she was there when i woke him up to send him to bed, but i had to get the pictures cause it was soo cute.

Cammi also loves to torture my poor little Brin. Brinlee loves it though. She is continually rolling around my house trying to catch the kitty. And when she does, mom has to be pretty fast or we end up with a wet cat or a bleeding baby. YIKES!! Thats the only bad thing about having a kitten, claws!! They are coming out soon! Her are a few pictures of the kitty playing with Brins toys while Brin is sitting there sucking her thumb not really caring.
